Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Between 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund.

4. What happens if My Bangkok Holiday cancels my booking?

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Is insurance included in my booking?

Basic insurance coverage is provided. We recommend personal travel insurance for additional protection.
